At Wetherington Homes, we make finding your perfect home simple. Whether you’re looking for the convenience of a move-in ready home or the excitement of building from the ground up, we’ve got you covered.

Many of our inventory homes can be ready in as little as 30 days, making it easy to settle in quickly. Prefer something more personalized? Choose your homesite and design a home that reflects your style, needs, and lifestyle.

Before taking ownership of your new home, we will arrange a comprehensive homeowner orientation for you. Our agents will walk through every room of the home with you, explaining the features of your home and demonstrating the electrical, heating and cooling systems. They can answer any questions you have, to include all warranty questions, plus user manuals and pertinent information regarding your home.

During your buyer orientation, if there are any issues that require attention, we will compile a list of those items and we will correct them prior to closing.

Closing will be held at an attorney’s office. All the necessary paperwork needed to complete the transaction will be signed at this appointment.

Once the paperwork has been executed, you will be given the keys to your new home as well as a customer guidebook with all the information and contacts you may need for your home.

All of our homes come with a one-year new construction warranty and we have a team of representatives who are happy to assist with any warranty concerns. Our warranty policies are listed in our customer guidebook that is provided at closing.

Any warranty requests can be submitted by email throughout the first year of ownership, primarily at the 11-week and 11-month milestones. If you ever have any questions regarding your warranty please reach out to our office and we will be happy to assist you.
